LUTHER (b abt 1870 in Cass Co, MI) were married 6/5/1886 in Inland Twp, Benzie Co, MI. Witnesses were Irma LUTHER of Inland Twp and Harrison RICHARDSON, also of Inland Twp. Have marriage certificate. John was a farmer then. Known children of John & Bertha are: (1) Mary Jane RICHARDSON, b 6/27/1897 at Inland Twp, Benzie Co, MI.; (2) Teddie L. RICHARDSON, b 11/9/1903 at Bear Creek, Bensie Co, MI; (3) Gladys Ellen RICHARDSON, b 3/7/1890; (4) Charles RICHARDSON; (5) Florence RICHARDSON. Gladys (my Grandmother) moved to Griggs Co., ND, before 1910. Gladys returned to somewhere in MI to give birth to Daisy Merle RICHARDSON, b 8/10/1911. Gladys later married Charles GROFF in Griggs Co, ND, and passed away 10/23/33 in Aneta, ND. Mother died 1909 and buried Grnad Rapids (Greenwood Cemetary)Father died 1927 and buried in GR Greenwood, Alfred Ernest Died 1923 and buried in GR Greenwood. John Charles and wife Ruth with Beatrice b Feb 1891 and Charles b July 1892 wee living on 4th St. GR in 1900 census.I have a lot of information on the Boon Family of England if any one related would be interested.

My G-grandfather, Benjamin Franklin SAWYER b 26 Jul 1860, and his brother, Lewis H. Sawyer b c1859, were born in Michigan according to the Washington DC census of 1870. Their parents were Aholiab and Rebecca Sawyer. I cannot find any of them in the 1860 census. I'd like confirmation of their residence and the name of the city in which they lived. Aholiab may have been a Senator, a Representative, or worked in real estate. Any help is appreciated. TIA.

I am trying to find out info on my great grandfather Fred KRAMER who came from Germany about 1875-1880. He lived in detroit and I heard his Mother lived in wayne Co. Her name is Kate Hannon Kramer. His father was Antone Kramer. Both from Germany Fred moved to Butte, Montana He is my Granmother Cara Kramers father. He was married to margaret Sullivan she was from Ireland. I am looking for additional information on this WILSON family tree. James Wilson married Sara Didame Gray. They had seven children. Their son George Washington Wilson married Alice May Wilson (possibly cousins). Together they had two children. Their son George Henry Wilson married Hana Elizabeth Lalonde or Leland. They had two children. George Henry divorced and then married Doris A. Knight from Paducah, Kentucky. He was age 40 at that time and Doris was age 14. They had three children. Alice Fay, who died at age three, Charlotte Ann who was born 10/14/1940 and George Henry Wilson, Jr. who was born 10/23(?)/1945(?) approx. I am trying to find my grandfather. The last date any of my family heard from him was 1928. His brother, Arthur KLEIN lived in Kalamazoo, MI and worked as an engineer there. He came from Germany inn 1925 or 1926. He was married to Betty. Perhaps I can follow Arthur's family who may have stayed in the U.S. Perhaps they will know what happend to Christian (Carl) Adolph KLEIN, my grandfather.

Parents William Henry BELINGER and Hannah M DARBY, both described as "of Detroit" on marriage certificate dated 9th September 1871, but no record of this in Michigan State Records. Herbert Henry and mother living in England by 1891, she was born here. Any information on how I can trace birth record of Herbert Henry or the marriage of his parents would be appreciated. Anxious to identify birthplace of father William Henry. None of the parties listed in 1880 Detroit Census as far as I can tell.

Thomas NOLAN was a brother to my gr. grandfather, Jeremiah NOLAN. He was born about the mid 1840's in Ire.(Co. Wexcord?) and in 1928 lived in Lansing, Mich. Likely he lived in the Perth Ont. area in his younger years. Jeremiah NOLAN and Catherine MULLALLY had 4 children. One was John NOLAN; born Jan. 19, 1873 in Perth, Ont. In 1922 John was in Lansing; in 1928 in Emmett, Mich. He died Apr. 26, 1928 in Emmett and is buried in the John MULLALLY family plot. It's not known if either married. Any info on either Thomas or John NOLAN would be much appreciated please.

MYERS, age 23, born in Fort Wayne, In and his mother as Eulin May McDANIEL, Myers, age 21, born in Wabash, In. That is the extent of the information we have on the family in the past. I do have some information on Eugene as an adult but not very much.

Have a new e-mail address, so am resubmitting the following: Seeking information on this family found in the 1900 census for Burt Township, Alger County, Michigan: John LOWRY, born May 1863 in Canada; wife Bridget, born February 1872 in Michigan; Children -- Edward, born December 1891 in Michigan -- Annabel, born September 1894 in Michigan -- Harry, born July 1896 in Michigan -- Kathleen, born 1898 in Michigan. John was a longshoreman. He had been married to Bridget for 11 years in 1900. The census indicates he immigrated from Canada in 1869 and was naturalized. Trying to determine if this John LOWRY [LOWERY] was the child of John LOWERY and Sarah Ann WATKINS (originally from Michigan), who had two children in Canada, Lucy Ann about 1861 and John about 1863, and who removed to Michigan about 1869 and resided in Shiawassee and Clinton Counties.

MICKEL/MICKLE George Washington b. abt 1853/54 in NY, wife Ida Mae ? They lived in Illinois several years, but according to my mom they died and are burried in Michigan. At least 3 of their 5 daughters lived in MI at least 2 in Flint. I desperatly need a death date or place for them to be able to go any further. Ida was still alive when I was born 1937 died not too long after that, George wad deceased before 1937. Their Daughters were Minnie ( my ggrama,) Mabel, Nora, Della, and Bertha Minnie was m 1 Jacob Fiser 2 John Hetter, Bertha m Borgat Della m William Wilson and one of them was m to a Inch. George and Ida were my gggrandparents. any clue would be most apprecieated.

I am looking for the sons of Benjamin and Mary [CURTIS] ENOS. Benjamin and Mary first resided in Norwich, Chenango Co. NY, by 1823, they had removed to the town of Victory, Cayuga Co. NY. Benjamin ENOS, d. in Victory, NY, 1829. It is related that sons, James H., b. 1798; Ezekiel L., b. 1801; Roswell, b. 1815, and Joseph, b. 1823, by 1836, had removed to Benton township, Berrien Co. MI. Mary [CURTIS] ENOS, was residing in Oxford, Chenango Co. NY, 21 Sept. 1838, when she was named in a citation upon the death of her father Solomon CURTIS, of Oxford, Chenango Co. NY. She had removed shortly after that date to parts unknown, as a second citation was undeliverable to her. It was presumed she left in Sept. or forepart of Oct. for Michigan, where her sons were residing. Does any one have knowledge of this ENOS family in Benton, Berrien Co., or any other county in MI.
